CEO/CFO, MENAWEF
President, The Judeh Group
Dr. Jumana Judeh is the epitome of an entrepreneur who has had to overcome
several market disruptions. She has always been driven by hard work and focus on
growth. Her strategy is simple, find the client; provide a quality, timely and credible
service; and work on long-term relationships.
Dr. Judeh has dedicated herself to the advancement of women in the work force or
entrepreneurs. She served as the Chair of the Women’s Committee for the Arab-
American Chamber, founded the Arab-American Women’s Business Council, and
was President of Commercial Real Estate Women – Detroit Chapter. She assisted
Vista Maria, a court-ordered shelter for girls, in providing temporary housing for young
girls aging out of foster care. Recognizing that women all over the world tend to
struggle with the same challenges, she recently co-founded the MENA-Women’s
Economic Forum. In addition and despite her busy schedule, she mentors young
women who are attempting to decide on a future path.
She is currently serving in the role of Chair for the State of Michigan Real Estate
Board of Appraisers as appointed by the Governor. Her experience also includes
serving as a City Council, zoning board, planning commission, and tax increment
financing boards. Jumana’s passion is economic development which led to her PhD
thesis focusing on sustainable neighborhood urban redevelopment.
Given that she enjoys positively impacting young adults in their studies, Dr. Judeh
regularly lectures on the topic of valuation and was invited to be the keynote speaker
at the annual conference for the Practicing Valuers of India. In addition, she lectures
both locally and globally on the topics of success and leadership traits as well as the
keys to effective and sustainable networking and entrepreneurship.
Jumana believes that women, no matter their color, race or ethnicity, have the same
aspirations and encounter similar challenges which has led her to focus on
international projects. She has led and participated in numerous delegations to the
MENA region to assist in the advancement of women.
Her education includes a PhD and Master’s degrees from Wayne State University and
a B.S. from Purdue University.
